上載家課表指引

前言:

每星期一至星期五放學後，IT同事都需要上載家課表到eClass 的內聯網，其中增添了特別班(E班)，所以會分開两步上載恆常班及特別班的功課表。

操作步驟:

獲取家課表

每天放學後需要到各班的功課欄拍照功課表。再根據每個班別重命名照片。如下圖示

保存照片於以下路徑

\\10.94.96.17\Backup\HomeWork

* 由於新冠疫情影響，學校停止面授(網上教學)其間，各班功課欄為線上檢視，需要截圖(取代拍照)。

上載恆常班家課表

eClass Intranet 內聯網
URL:	http://eclass.lwcps.edu.hk

登入到學校的內聯網eClass，根據圖示上載家課冊。

上載特別班(E班)家課表

首先特別班功課需要上載到Google Drive的分享目錄，獲取分享路徑後，再透過「eClass Intranet 內聯網」分享路徑。

登入并進入指定年級，建立當天日期的分享目錄

每年的特別班不是固定的，今年是4E及6E班。

因為特別班同學分別來自A-D各班，所以需要上載5個班的功課表。

選取「呈送」以完成P4特別班功課表的上載

請也以同樣的方式上載P6特別班功課表。

結語:

通常上載家課表需要两位IT同事處理，如下分工表示:
同事A 同事B
負責拍照P1-P3的功課欄(包括E班的功課欄，如有) 負責拍照P4-P6的功課欄(包括E班的功課欄，如有)
負責上載恆常班家課表負責上載特別班(E班)家課表
盡希望可以每天放學後30分鐘內完成所有的功課表上載。

同事A	同事B
負責拍照P1-P3的功課欄(包括E班的功課欄，如有)	負責拍照P4-P6的功課欄(包括E班的功課欄，如有)
負責上載恆常班家課表	負責上載特別班(E班)家課表
